The fact is no IT company can predict the actual cost of major repair projects. Doing so is a sign of an inexperienced provider. IT environments are complex and issues may arise after a   solution is proposed that may take a considerably longer time to fix correctly.

Because of this, JP Schwartz, Inc. provides three pricing   structures in every proposal so you know up front what a major project will cost:

  • The price for a “best case” situation
  • A “most likely” cost
  • A “worst case” cost estimate

We guarantee we will never move beyond the “most likely” cost service without informing you and getting your permission to proceed. 

 Detailed Proposals

Our proposals are always thoroughly detailed to let you see exactly what you are paying for and why before work begins. We outline possible data loss risks or network problems, and offer solutions to manage these issues.

 Communication is Key Guarantee

We value communication with our clients first and foremost. On any project expected to cost more than $500, we provide a complete written summary of the work to be done, why it should be done, and the expected results. We will discuss this with you, answer your questions, and have you approve the work only when you are comfortable that you fully understand the proposal.
