Detailed Proposals
Our proposals are always thoroughly detailed to let you see exactly what you are paying for and why before work begins. We outline possible data loss risks or network problems, and offer solutions to manage these issues.

On any project expected to cost more than $500, we provide a complete written summary of the work to be done, why it should be done, and the expected results. We will discuss this with you, answer your questions, and have you approve the work only when you are comfortable that you fully understand the proposal.
